• Delivery time: Transit time varies by location and carrier after your order ships
  (carrier estimates are not guaranteed)

• Address accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout
  If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, reshipping costs may apply

• Delivered but not received: If tracking shows “delivered,” check around the delivery area,
  confirm with household members/neighbors, and contact the carrier for delivery scan/GPS details.
  Then email us and we’ll help with next steps.

• Damaged or incorrect items: Email info@luciebear.com within 7 days of delivery with photos
  of the item + packaging, and we’ll make it right.
